Tyron Giroux is the son of Kevin Matthews of Chilliwack, BC and Angie Giroux of Cheam First Nation, Agassiz, BC Tryon’s grandparents are Mackenzie and Flossie Mathews and Martha Giroux from Cheam First Nation and Patrick Giroux from Driftpile First Nation. Along with Tyron’s grandparents, parents, four sisters and seven brothers they all share the same well wishes for Tyron in his in-devours to become an N.H.L. player. Tyron participated in hockey since the age of 8 years old and has been completely dedicated to hockey these past five years to present, winning two bronze medals. Tyron has attended the Prospera Hockey Camp, Chilliwack, BC this summer, 2012’ as center position, preparing him for this year’s hockey session which commences September 2012’. Tyron’s additional sports interests lies in Basketball and UFC Fighting. Tyron’s educational journey is playing a huge factor in fulfilling his goal of becoming an N.H.L. all star player and says “working hard is the way to achieving my goals”.
