Cheam First Nation Management oversees the day-to-day operational business and responsibilities between our internal/external clients and various companies.

Our management team conducts organizational studies and evaluations; design systems and procedures; identifies the educational needs of staff and members and develops formal educational or training programs or classes. Management develops and prepares operations and procedures manuals to assist the band office in managing/operating more efficiently and effectively within Cheam organization.
